Steven M. Rosenthal, a partner with the law firm of Katz, Barron, Squitero, Faust, Friedberg, English & Allen, P.A., has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Galbut Family Miami Beach Jewish Community Center.
Steven Rosenthal is a transactional lawyer who focuses his practice on clients with corporate and business tax issues. He is resident in Katz Barron’s Miami office and works extensively with limited liability companies, partnerships, and “C” and “S” corporations and has significant experience with respect to the formation, operation and liquidation of entities, asset purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, compensation issues, and other business-related matters.
In addition, Rosenthal works closely with other attorneys in structuring in-bound investments in real estate by foreign persons, as well as the private placement of securities for various types of businesses.
Rosenthal received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, with Honors, from Brandeis University, a Juris Doctor degree with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He and his family reside in Miami Beach.
