Lauren B. Bronfman is an attorney in the firm's Real Estate Group. She has extensive experience representing shopping center developers and focuses her practice negotiating and drafting retail and commercial office leases.

Prior to joining Katz Barron, Lauren was Associate General Counsel for Turnberry Associates, a prominent developer that owns malls, strip centers and office buildings throughout the United States. In addition, Lauren has worked in the real estate departments for both Blockbuster Entertainment Group and Extended Stay America.

Negotiation and drafting of leases, amendments and termination agreements with national tenants for Aventura Mall.

Review and negotiations of hundreds of leases for Blockbuster Video Stores.
Improvement of standard lease forms for developers.
Co-management of real estate development for Extended Stay America, one of the fastest growing hotel chains in history.
