Desirée M. Cuason is an associate in Katz Barron's Corporate, Business, and Tax Law Department, including the formation of business ventures and entities in the United States and abroad. She has extensive experience negotiating and documenting a wide spectrum of business agreements such as shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and international business transactions. She is also experienced in the formation of state-chartered banking associations and bank branches, formation of not for profit charitable organizations, and representation of private clubs.
