Desirée focuses her practice on Corporate, Business, and Tax Law, including the formation of business ventures and entities in the United States and abroad. She has extensive experience negotiating and documenting a wide spectrum of business agreements such as shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and international business transactions. She is also experienced in the formation of state-chartered banking associations and bank branches.
Desirée has provided tax planning strategies to both international and domestic corporate clients with a view to minimizing their overall tax liability. She has also consulted with internet companies on the taxation of e-commerce business.
