Sherry A. Stanley is an AV-rated member of our Business & Corporate Group with over 25 years of legal experience. She has handled all facets of real estate law and secured lending transactions including structuring, negotiating and documenting complex commercial real estate transactions, real estate and asset-based loans, debtor/creditor workout transactions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leaseback transactions, and ground and operating leases.
