Katz Barron Attorney Elected to Nicaraguan American Chamber of Commerce Board

Miami, FL - Ileana M. Espinosa, associate in the Litigation and Restructuring & Creditor’s Rights groups of Katz Barron, has been elected as a board member of the Nicaraguan American Chamber of Commerce and will serve as the organization’s board secretary.
Ms. Espinosa currently handles an array of litigation and transactional commercial/ corporate matters, and represents creditors and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency cases.

The mission of the Nicaraguan-American Chamber of Commerce is to bring together, as a not for profit organization, businesspersons, professionals and enterprises in the United States, for the promotion and development of their business interests, assuming a leadership role in the affairs of the local business community and for the promotion of commerce and cultural ties between the United States and Nicaragua.
